FAQ

Answers

What are the parts made of?

Most are printed in PETG — stiff, does not soften in a hot garage or a sunny entryway, and does not yellow. Parts that live in a vehicle are printed in ASA. Each listing names the material it ships in.

Are these 3D printed?

Yes, and that is the point. Printing is what lets a tray be spaced for the sockets you actually own instead of the sockets a mold was cut for ten years ago.

Will a tray fit my tool box?

If the box is on the compatibility list, yes. If it is not, send the model number or the interior measurement and it gets cut to that.

Do you sell the files?

No. ODin sells finished parts, printed and inspected here.

Can I get my name on it?

On most parts, yes. Text is molded into the part in a second color during the same print — not engraved afterwards, not a sticker. Ask before ordering.

Do you do wholesale?

Through Olson Distribution LLC. Email the same address with quantities and a delivery date.

Shipping & returns

The terms

Shipping. Orders are placed through the Etsy shop and ship by USPS Ground Advantage with tracking. Free US shipping on every order. Made-to-order parts state their build time on the listing before you buy.

Returns. 30 days from delivery on stock items, unused and in original packaging.

Custom and personalized parts carry a name, a measurement or a fit that is yours, so they cannot be resold and are not returnable — unless the part is wrong or defective, in which case it is replaced at no cost.

Damaged in transit. Send a photo. Replaced or refunded, your choice.
